Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. This page is designed to help you understand how we’ll work together and what you can expect from me—as well as what I’ll be expecting from you. Clarity is the foundation of a great coaching relationship.
How often will we meet?
We’ll meet monthly depending on the structure of your program. These sessions are crucial for assessing progress, troubleshooting challenges, and fine-tuning your plan.

Do I need to complete any forms before our sessions?
Yes. You’ll be expected to submit a check-in form 24–48 hours before each session. This helps me review your progress and show up fully prepared to support you.

Will I receive any homework or educational materials?
Most likely, yes. You may be assigned videos, reading materials, or simple exercises between sessions. These tools are designed to deepen your understanding and help you stay on track. Please treat them as an important part of the process.

How should I contact you between sessions?
All communication should be conducted via Messaging in Practice Better. This ensures your information stays secure and nothing slips through the cracks. Please avoid contacting me through email, text, or social media unless we’ve made a special arrangement.

When can I expect a response if I send you a message?
I respond to messages during business hours M–F, 8–5 PM MST. Please allow up to 24–48 business hours for a reply. I do not necessarily monitor messages on evenings or weekends.

What happens if I don’t follow through on my end?
We’ll talk about it! This process only works when both of us stay committed. If you’re struggling, let me know—we’ll adjust as needed. But consistent lack of follow-through may indicate that coaching isn’t the right fit at this time.

What happens if you (the coach) slip up?
Great question—and an important one. Just like you, I’m human. While I strive for consistency and professionalism, there may be times when I miss a check-in form, run behind on a response, or need to reschedule a session. If that happens, I’ll own it, communicate clearly, and make it right. Coaching is a partnership built on mutual respect and accountability—so if I expect it from you, you can expect it from me.
