* Choose your package and pay online (I'll invoice you)

* Fill out online intake forms

* I will order your lab kit(s) after payment is made

* Schedule your Results & Recommendations session(s) once I notify you that your results are in

* 2 Sessions Total

* 1 lab of your choice

  (DUTCH Complete or GI-MAP)

* 1 45-minute Results &        

  Recommendation Session

* 1 30-minute Follow-Up Session

* 10% discount on supplements

* Chat messaging for

  approximately 3 months

* $1,000 (includes 1 lab)

You may choose to upgrade to the Purposeful Steps package at any time

Purposeful Steps

* 5 Sessions Total

* 60-minute Onboarding Session

* 2 Functional Labs:

  DUTCH Complete and GI-MAP

* 1 Blood Chemistry package

  w/optimal range interpretation

* 2 45-minute Results &

  Recommendations Sessions

* 2 30-minute Follow-Up Sessions

* Bi-weekly check-in form via 

  Practice Better portal

* 15% discount on supplements

* Chat messaging for 

  approximately 6 months

* $3,000 (includes labs)

I will customize a package for those interested in adding additional labs to the foundational Purposeful Steps  or Baby Steps packages.
